26 Yoo Building

Our client was looking to downsize with their three children now off at university but also needed an appropriate but compelling backdrop for their art collection. This was an exciting project to modernise and create opportunities to increase the floor area without impacting the dramatic Philippe Starck designed spaces. Mens et Manus collaborated with interior designer Studio Sidika to update and improve the three-bedroom flat in the iconic Yoo Building. We extended an existing mezzanine floor and added a stunning new floating glass stair with cleverly concealed storage.
