Founded in 2003, Mens et Manus is a small architectural firm that specialises in existing condition renovations, conversions and extensions. MEM operates out of the Maida Vale area in London and works on projects throughout the Greater London area. The firm offers a full range of architectural design services which reflects the founder’s love of design and creative thinking but also the excitement of building and construction.

MEM’s primary focus is working within the given constraints of an existing building and site while uncovering and enhancing the spatial potential of a property. Working with light, space and materials are key elements to unlocking the potential of an existing house to make it a home.
