Morshead Mansions.

Our client purchased an unrenovated, boxy, one-and-a-half-bedroom flat in a beautiful Maida Vale Mansion block and asked Mens et Manus for full design services to create a modern home. We studied the light, circulation and client brief to devise a significantly modified layout, creating a two double bedroom, two bathroom flat with open plan living and dining areas. We further re-captured unused basement space and converted a damp storage room into a light and airy laundry room with through-floor laundry shoot concealed in a dressing room wardrobe.
