Marylebone Family Flat

This unrenovated property required full refurbishment from a two-bedroom flat into a three-bedroom, three-bathroom flat. The professional couple wanted a centrally located flat that would also suit their growing family.
The brief called for maximising the number of bedrooms and creating a more open flow between the front rooms. This required numerous layout iterations in the concept stages. The design process took place both during sketch-meetings with the client and back in the office as we reworked the scheme. The final scheme produced an efficient plan organisation and clear separation between the front, public rooms and the back, private rooms. We converted an existing back balcony into an en-suite bathroom shared by two double bedrooms.
