Bushnell Theatre (A Wilson Butler Architects Project)

Interior architecture design and document preparation while working for Wilson Butler Architects on the design of a 91,000 SF Maxwell M. and Ruth R. Belding Theater addition and the restoration of the 1930 historic Mortensen Hall. The new addition was built adjacent to the art-deco Mortensen Hall with the new 907-seat Belding Theater expansion and its accompanying staff and patron facilities.

Akron Civic Theater (A Wilson Butler Architects Project)

The 2,600-seat Civic Theatre, built in 1929 as the Akron Loew’s Theatre, was designed by the noted theatre architect John Eberson and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is one of only five remaining Eberson-designed “atmospheric theatres”. Project management of project including coordination with nine specialist consultants to expand the existing theatre, improve facilities, and preserve as well as restore the historic interiors.
